Pool & Solarium
At Villa Selvatico there is a beautiful swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. The pool is open generally from mid May till end of September, it is surrounded by a large solarium with sunbeds and sunumbrellas and it is fenced for the safety of children. In the swimming pool it is necessary to use a swimming cap. The large garden of the Villa extends all around.
Pool towels and swimming caps are available upon request (extra cost).
Sports and recreation
During the summer swimming pool, soccer area, bicycles and table tennis are available for the guests.
WiFi & Internet
At Villa Selvatico the internet connection via wifi is available free of charge for our guests.
Parking
Villa Selvatico has a large, free, unattended internal car park.
Children equipment
For those traveling with children, cots and high chairs are available free of charge.
Please, enquire for them before your arrival. Children under 2 years of age do not pay at Villa Selvatico.
Electric Vehicle Charging Station
In our parking lot there is a charging station for electric cars with a type 2 socket. The maximum power that can be supplied is 22 kW.
Charging can be done from 8.30 to 19.30, after requesting authorization to the staff (extra cost).
Laundry and cleaning
House linen (sheets and towels), final cleaning and, for stays longer than a week, weekly cleaning and linen change, are included in the price of the apartment.
The daily cleaning service of the apartment is available upon request (extra cost). Laundry service is available upon request in our laundry (extra cost).
Meeting room
Our meeting room is about 80 square meters in size, with summer and winter air conditioning, wifi, smart TV with a 75'' screen ideal for projecting presentations. For our guests it is possible to organize business meetings, residential team building sessions, smart working, or simply family reunions or for groups of friends. The use of the meeting room can be done upon previous reservation and it has an extra cost.
Shopping & Gastronomy
The nearest village (1,5 km), reachable on foot or by bike along the bike path, has small shops for daily expenses: grocery, bakery, pharmacy, bank, post office, ice cream shop, café and restaurant.

Guided tour of the Villa
Villa Selvatico is a Venetian Villa dating back to 1500, and for this reason it is subject to the Italian legislation on Architectural and Cultural Heritage.
If you wish, it is possible to organize for you a guided tour of some rooms of the Villa: we will also tell you a bit about the history of our territory and the da Porto family. To book the tour you can contact our staff (extra cost).

Travelling wit your Pets
Small pets are allowed in some of the apartments. It is necessary to request this possibility at the time of booking, and a daily supplement is required.
